We're both collectors so we care how well your purchases are packaged, our descriptions are detailed and our fees are fair.

Delivery
We will:
- Despatch within 2 business days after receipt of payment.
- Keep fees as low as possible to cover costs.
- Provide a tracking number once your item has been posted.
- Deliver with Royal Mail & ParcelForce

Free Local Delivery
- We will deliver free of charge to addresses within 10 miles of Brimfield, Ludlow, Shropshire.
- Within 48 hours or another time after to suit you.
- Evening or weekend delivery only.
Free Collection
- Collection is free of charge from our storage unit at The Folly Business Park, Brimfield, Ludlow, Shropshire, SY8 4NG.
- We will be in touch shortly after you place your order to arrange collection.
- Our storage unit is not a shop and is not manned, therefore collection is by appointment only.
Packaging
We have extensive experience in packaging valuables for delivery.
We will:
- Ensure your purchase arrives in the same condition as the listing described.
- Go over the top with bubble wrap & filling.
- Use strong Boxes.
- Recycle where possible.

All items listed as available are physically in stock at our unit in Brimfield, Shropshire.
Returns
We endeavor to get everything right first time, however we are only human.
- If there is an issue with your delivery please get in touch immediately on receipt and we will do our upmost to resolve your problem.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- You can always contact us for any return question at joyotfind@gmail.com.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
- This does not affect your statutory rights.
