GWR version of the Burton Leech (Rochester) 0-6-0 Live Steam Tank Locomotive.
Complete with Burner, It's in pretty nice shape, with a few paint chips here and the there, but it's still perfectly presentable. Has obviously been well looked after, as it rolls beautifully and the regulator is buttery smooth. Please study photos for condition.
