What a project! None of this has been tested in any way and the description below should be treated as rough guidance only. All I've done is clean it up and oil the engine.
Stuart Turner S50 Mill Engine in good shape, turns over nicely but there is a bit of play in the flywheel at startup before the action begins to move which will need investigation, I have no doubt that it would run as it is. Built 1983 by a Mr S Dobson. Well machined, Paint is as expected from a well loved engine of it's age. Missing lubricator and exhaust otherwise complete. 9 inches in Length, 4 inch Flywheel
Kennions GLR (?) Vertical Boiler, Scarce Early Coal Fired (!) version probably 1950's, complete with all period fixings, but has lost its wood cladding at some point. Complete with steel chimney. No dings or dents, will require a thorough going over before daring to be fired, but there is nothing obviously wrong with it and should represent a pretty easy restoration from what I can see. Pressure gauge reads 0-80, sight glass will need descaling, includes grate and firebox door. Boiler is 8 inches high and 3 inches in diameter. Boiler assembly measures 15 inches in height with chimney fitted.
Stuart Turner hand water pump, which is as photographed.
